qdf 777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your qdf 777 account at the time the claim arises.

qdf 777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude qdf 777's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
